Obstacles and Overcoming Them

● Low sales in first half of project○ Social media marketing was not working well○ No soliciting allowed in res halls

● Getting housing people to make a bulk order as prizes for a “Harry Potter” themed trivia night

Lessons and Advice● Survey your potential customers for what they would

like to see in a product● Be aware of all regulations in private residence halls or

whatever channel you will be selling through● It can be more effective to target a specific event than

individual customers● Target an event early on● Use connections
