USI's MHA is delivered online and is flexible for working adults. Student participation is required during one annual leadership conference per program, either virtually or on USI's campus. PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS All courses are offered online and are convenient for working adults. There are six enrollment and start dates throughout the year! Annual leadership conferences are offered for networking and further learning opportunities. Study abroad opportunities to Germany are available through the USI-Osnabrueck partnership! PROGRAM DELIVERY Courses within the MHA are offered entirely online using a learning management system. Access to a reliable computer with internet is required. The annual leadership conference, that must be attended once per program, has the option to be attended online.
