Following are the major problem in healthcare centre;

Administrative leader has been offered part time contract that is not in favor.

Supervision meeting period was not scheduled as after every two week.

Two different plans of treatments which lead to problem in compromise to make proper

treatment of the patient.

Limited time of meeting which was leading to dilemmas remains as they were rather than

to get proper solution.

Trainees were not taking supervision meeting seriously

Dr. John was having less control over the team.

Being a HR Specialist first of all I will oversee the whole scenario and will identify the key

problems from each party side like leader, team members and patients feedback. After that I will

ask Dr. John, the reason of rescheduling of the supervision meeting. And will ask why he is not

asking the internees who don’t attend the meeting. I will reorganize the whole duty plan and

meeting schedule. A performance evaluation will be conducted on weekly basis to find out

different problems and a committee will be organized headed by leader to solve the different

dilemmas internees facing. Then time management will be organized after finding out the

reasons for such a time in taking appointment for treatment. Moreover Six sigma techniques will

be utilized in operations to make everything effective.

Dr. John follows the Behavioral theory as he makes the decision and expect that others will

follow. And he relaxed the employees as they want to work with comfort so as the case in this

situation interns who wished to attend the meeting he attend and vice versa. Moreover he is not

participating up to the level as all patients are dealt by internees and this is not right as per

participatory leadership. This type of leadership is not conductive to the mental healthcare centre

as some patients are high risk and needed to be treating carefully.
