Haruna Dalhatu Iya – CHAIRMAN Mr. Haruzna Dalhatu Iya started his career in 1981 withthe Ministry of Works and Transport where he movedup to the position of Area Engineer. He joined theCentral Bank of Nigeria in 1990 as a Project Managerand grew into to the position of Deputy Director,Projects in 2009. He also held management positionsin the Bank as Head, Cost Control Office from 2006to 2012. He was moved to Head, Support ServicesDivision from 2012 to 2013. Mr. Iya resigned afterachieving Thirty-Five years in public service on0ctober 1, 2013.
Mr. Iya holds an HND in Building Technology from Kaduna Polytechnic, KadunaState and an advanced diploma in Construction Management from the Universityof Ulster, United Kingdom. He has participated in courses, seminars andsymposiums both locally and internationally particularly in the United Kingdom,United States of America, France and Germany.

Azubike Emodi – MANAGING DIRECTOR Azubike Emodi is the Managing Director of VFDMicrofinance Bank. He is a resourceful financial servicespecialist with experience in retail and commercialbanking. He worked with Zenith Bank before joining MaxxonPro Service Inc. in Canada where he worked as anInvestment Advisor/Financial Planner. Until his appointmentat VFD Microfinance Bank, he was a Client Advisor(Personal and Commercial Banking) with the Royal Bank
in Management and an M.Sc. Banking and Finance all from the University of Nigeria.
Azubike is also an Executive Director of VFD Group Plc and oversees the Commercial Directorate.
He is a member of IFIC (Investment Fund in Canada) andan Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankersof Nigeria. He holds a B.Sc. in Banking and Finance, an MBA
of Canada.

Temitope Borishade - NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Temitope Borishade is a finance and accountingprofessional with extensive business experience, including serving as the Deputy Managing Director atEnugu Electricity Distribution Plc. He worked as anAssociate at Zenith Capital Limited in Lagos and as aSenior at the Chicago 11 office of Deloitte. He alsoworked at the Chrome Group, where he led thecorporate finance team on energy industry transactions,managed the petroleum and petroleum productstrading subsidiary and managed the petroleum andpetroleum products inspection subsidiary, at varioustimes.
Temitope is currently the Chairman of Kaduna Inland Dry Port Limited and Inland Containers Nigeria Limited.
Adeniyi Adenubi – NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Niyi Adenubi is the Executive Director of InstitutionalBusiness & Investor Relations, VFD Group Plc and he overseesthe Institutional Businesses within the Group.
He holds a degree in Sociology from the University ofIbadan. Niyi has vast experience in the financial sectorworking in Private equity, Venture Capital, and FinancialAdvisory.
Niyi is the Chairman of Anchoria Asset Management andserves on the board of Dynasty Real Estate as a Non-Excecutive Director.
He is passionate about Corporate Governance and brings this to bear on all theBoards that he serves on. He has certifications in Finance and Business Managementfrom the Tanaka Business School.
Temitope holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from ObafemiAwolowo University in Nigeria and an MBA from DePaul University in the UnitedStates of America. Muyiwa Oyedokun - HEAD, INTERNAL CONTROL Muyiwa Oyedokun is the Head of Internal Control at VFDMicrofinance Bank. He holds a BSc in Accounting fromLagos State University, Ojo. He started his career with Intercontinental Bank plc in 2005 and has over 10 yearsaccumulated practical experience in core banking,accounting and control. Prior to his appointment as theHead of Internal Control unit at VFD Microfinance bank,he worked with the Internal Control and Audit unit atFortis/SMC MFB and Internal Control Officer at PrimeraMFB. As the Head of Internal Control at VFD Microfinance BankMuyiwa has an oversight function over budget, accounts compliance reporting, revenue and cost assurance, asset and liability management,and internal audit. He is currently undergoing a Microfinance Certification Programwith the chattered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
Seun Ogunmodede - HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Seun Ogunmodede is the Head of Operations at VFDMicrofinance Bank. She holds a degree in MassCommunication from the University of Lagos and has aworking knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics. Seun has worked in roles involvingmanagerial and operational duties at VFD Bridge Limited.
