Rainforests in Mexico:In southern Mexico, north of Guatemala and Belize
To be a rainforest it must have 200cm of rain each year; tropical rainforests are found in a belt around the equator; temperatures here rarely get below 80 degrees F.

Mexican Climate
The coast and lower parts of Mexico can often be very hot with temperatures ranging from 75 - 88 degrees F in winter and up to 90 degrees F in summer. In high altitudes temperatures range from 60-70 degrees F. On the high central plateau on which Mexico City & Guadalajara are found it is spring like all year round.
