Infocentres: Local connectivity centres providing access to information services, different types of remote communication, education and training, preferably in rural or geographically isolated areas. Also provides an alternative for people without a telephone line or computer, offering them more economical and effective access to such facilities. Services offered: Internet access, e-mail, telephone, fax, scanner, photocopy, etc.
