I've worked at Metro for about 12 years now, and…the" bull pens " are

places a person should enter with caution. …People gather around

tables, drink coffee, and nod to incoming drivers ready to start their

days...

Silently sitting at the table near a window, I noticed a lady reading… I

blurted out, “What are you reading?”

She answered so politely, and said she is becoming a Librarian... I

said, “Really?” (My thoughts were, no really! Here at Ryerson Base, I'm

meeting a Librarian? Quit Joking!)

We chatted, exchanged names, I was so in awe.
