> fall season (October - December) Hi-FIVE
For those teams that are looking for a less competitive format, want to get in shape, or just get their old rusty tennis skills back in working order, we introduce our
new Hi-FIVE division, that incorporates heart pumping fitness drills, tennis skills drills
and fun games.
Introducing A New Division!
Emphasizing fitness, skills and fun!
Levels of play are Advanced, Advanced Intermediate, Intermediate and Hi-Five. The winners of all divisions (except Hi-Five) advance to playoffs at the end-of-season party. Games won are totaled cumulatively throughout the season. In case of a tie, the head-to-head scores will be the tiebreaker. Coaching and player substitutions are permitted during the match. This allows for more players to get involved and cre-ates a fun atmosphere.
Water and Gatorade will be distributed to each player on arrival. All other food and beverage is suspended this season.
• Each team will be assigned to their own court with their own pro. Due to COVID protocols, only 4 players are allowed each night on the court with a pro. No need for the captain to check in with the league coordinator beforehand. Just have your group show up!
• Includes six 1-1/2 hour sessions at our regular locations • Get a great workout and get fit
• Have fun with skill and cardio games
• Meet other teams and make new friends
• Great way to get back in the game, take your skills to another level, or just experience the pure joy of “play”
