Install purloins as shown below.Install “L” trim on roof edges. Use 1'' screws every 16''. Install from gable to gable, lap pieces 1''.

Lay roofing panel on edge of roof even with edge of gable trim.Install 1'' screws in every lower channel and into each purlin location moving toward the top of the roof. See screw fasten-ing recommendations below. Make sure bottom edge is 1'' on both sides. Measure each panel to ensure a 1'' overhang.
1'' First piece flush with edge of roof.
Install main roof panels. See screw fastening onprevious page.
Place gable trim on gables. Cut to the proper length of the gable roof edges. Use 1'' screws every 12'' apartwhile keeping the trim flat and straight. Screw into gable trim board. Place on each edge highlighted in red.

Install lashing. Screw on porch roof side at eachridge. Main roof side gets attached when roofpanels are installed.
Lay ridge-cap on roof. Start flush or with slight overhang at gable. Mark edge of ridge-cap with pencil.Remove ridge-cap and place self-adhesive closure gasket across roof panels just above the marks.

Remove ridge-cap and place self-adhesive closure gasket across roof panels just above the marks.
Place relay ridge-cap down to cover gasket. Secure on everyroofing ridge on both sides of the ridge cap with 2'' screws.Continue pattern across roof. Overlap joints to next ridge.
Screw at every ridgeon each side of the ridge cap.
