Information to Exhibitor

How to exhibit in MetalMadrid?

The space hiring must be requested by sending an application form to the Show’s Management. The application form can be downloaded from our website www.metalmadrid.com and you can send it to [email protected] or to the fax number: 91 231 70 05.

In order to consider your request to exhibit in the show, it is mandatory that the activity of your company is related to the industries which are showcased at MetalMadrid.

In the case that the participant company will design another company as an invoicing company, the data of both companies must appear in the application form and must be signed by both companies. Payments must be done according to METALMADRID terms. In case the invoicing company didn’t pay in the established terms, the EXHIBITOR will have to pay at the request of the Show’s management.

Signing and presenting the application forms implies a strong commitment and accepting the General Rules for Exhibitors (IFEMA) and any other general clauses which are established by the Show’s Organization.

The exhibitor’s withdrawal may cause loss of amounts paid. When the withdrawal happens 30 days before the show it could be requested the payment of the total amount, even if the space could be used for another exhibitor.

Exhibitor passes

In order to guarantee that visitors are industry professionals, access controls will be made to check the right passes are used during access to the show.

The exhibitor passes will be provided freely according to the following criteria: up to 5 passes for 9 sqm stands, 7 passes for 18 sqm stands and 10 passes for 36 and 60 sqm stands.

Each exhibitor can request additional exhibitor passes at 3 € per unit + VAT.

The invitations for visitors can be customized with the exhibitor ‘s name and be sent by mail. Your customers must register online to get their visitor pass.

Additionally generic invitations will be available to all exhibitors which request them.

Information to Exhibitor

Advertising services.

Advertising services will enable you to increase your presence at the Show and to get maximum profitability. Some possibilities:

Sponsorship of promotional elements with your logo or brand (specific elements defined by the company to be delivered to visitors).

Sponsorship of technical conferences (your logo displayed at the hall and in signals, brochures, flyers, emailing campaign, website).

“In-site”customizationservicewithbanners,floorvynils(2mdiameter).

Banner or dynamic elements in the show’s website.

Removal or changing elements which form part of the stand, do not imply a cost reduction

All material, either structural or electric, is being hired and therefore any damages will be charged according to the established rates.

CO-EXHIBITOR: It is considered a co-exhibitor every company taking part of MetalMadrid in the same space than the stand holder. In order to have access to “Presence in Promotional Elements”, the co-exhibitor must fill the application form and pay a rate of 200 € + VAT

Indications for Exhibitors.

There will not be allowed access to any assembly operator or exhibitor nor any assembly or decorative work out from the assigned dates and timetables included in the contract.

Occupation of the space or access to the stand will be denied to any exhibitor owing some amount regarding the hired space or the rented services.

The exhibitor must attend and stay within his stand during the show’s opening times. Unfulfilment of this rule may imply the right to book in advance the space.

The exhibitors can access their stands from 8:30, and can leave from the show’s closing time (18:30) to 19:00 hours

There will be forbidden any noisy demonstrations that may cause disturbance to other exhibitors, with a noise level limitation of 60 decibels.

The exhibitor allows Grupo Metalia to include total or partially the exhibited products for promotional material.
