Dear Parents and Carers Yaama Before and After School Care We are currently investigating the setting up of a Before and After School Care here at Werris Creek School. If you are interested in using a Before and After School Care Service, can you please either: 1. Phone the office to let them know of your interest or 2. Complete the question on the Survey Monkey Link below. (This link is also on our Facebook page) https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/6FTFG7P Enrolment Policy The Department of Education has recently revised its Enrolment Policy. Information has been included on a factsheet for parents in The Contact today. Debating Team Congratulations once again goes to our debaters – Laura, Jai, Lilly and Molly who won their debate against Spring Ridge Public School. They were very convincing in their arguments that the teachers should participate in all the sport and P.E. that they teach. Learning and Growing Ashton and Isabella – both had fantastic writing about their friends and could tell me their new writing learning goals. Anna, Lachlan, Tailor, Ashton, Isabella and Stevie-Rae all shared their great writing of the magpies and butcher birds. Shania came and shared a piece of her amazing repeating line artwork Isabella, Kaleb and Lukiaya shared their writing of similes about their turtles.

Our Senior Relay Team (Khiarly Allan, Tamika Clarke, Lilly Cope and Ella Saunders) took out 2nd Place.

The above students will now compete at the Regional AthleticsCarnival to be held in Tamworth on Friday 13th September.
