  • BIG FILTER MESH CUTTING FABRIC CUTTING PROCES

    take out the mesh roll keep it on a Table with a claen surface

    cu the fabric using a separate scissor .for fabric cutting only

    cycle time to study approx 3 to 4 min

    DECIDE THE MAXIMUM LENGTH WE CAN CUT USING THE SOLDERING ROD PRESENTLY WE USE THE LENGTH OF 450 MM ( MAKE It Round such that maximum 20 mm get wasted )

    mark the required lengt of 450 mm with a std scale marking to be done with a thin 1 mm thick marker

    hold the fabric end same time keep the roller in position with an holder and an guide to hold the fabric (make a setup for cutting ) without even marking to be done .

  • free from dust

  • to weld and cut the tube from fabric

    keep the solderinfg rod ready for the welding process

    take out the fabirc fold the fabric and align the fabric and

    remove the tubes from the fabric one by one then keepthe tubes inone rubber band for each fabric

    cycle time to cut the tube from the fabic

    start sealing and cutitng fabric with the std width aluminium scale 32 mm repeat the process till you complete all the fabric area

    then hold the fabric in 3 rows to separate the tubes from the fabric 3 tubes / one time

    start cutting as per the sample length . Alllow the mesh to fall in to a binsee that the side waste gets in to a waste bin every one hour calculate the quantity for prdn monitoring purpose .
