TRIM your stitching and backing

fabric into a circle slightly larger

than your hoop. Place the inside

hoop beneath your work and the

outer hoop on top. Pull your fabric

edges taut and tighten the screw.

USING a glue gun or double-sided

tape, attach the first layer of fabric,

pulling taut as you go. Repeat forthe second layer. Glue a circle of

felt over the back of your hoop for

a smooth finish.

from the beginning of your tape

and stick to your hoop, close to

the top. Wind the tape around

your hoop, peeling away a small

section of backing paper at a time.
