I know I will take me be thankful for all of my blessings in 2015 – the biggest of which is the opportunity you give me every day to share the joy of your children and the privilege of providing them with an educaon. I am blessed daily with the families here and thank you from the boom of my heart for being part of my extended family. The holidays are here. The next time I see and talk to most of you will be the year 2016.

WHAT? That cannot be right. 2016- where has the time gone? My holiday wish for each of

you is time to reconnect, recharge, and most of all relax from the bustling schedule of the

year. I know I will take time be thankful for all of my blessings in 2015 – the biggest of which

is the opportunity you give me every day to share the joy of your children and the privilege

of providing them with an education. I am blessed daily with the families here and thank you from the bottom of my

Parent preview dates for the Human

Growth and Development videos will

be at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, January

14th at Raymond Park Intermediate

Academy for Grade 5 and 6 parents,

8575 E. Raymond St., and on

Thursday, January 21st at Hawthorne

Elementary School for Grade 4

parents, 8301 E Rawles Ave. at 6:30

p.m. These videos will be shown separately to present fourth and fifth grade boys and girls. Sixth grade students will participate in a program led by personnel from the Social Health Association of Indiana. Following the showing of the videos at both the adult previews and the pupil programs, discussion will be led by personnel from Social Health. Parents are encouraged to attend one of the parent preview nights. Fourth grade boys will see “Just Around the Corner for Boys” and fourth grade girls will see “Just Around the Corner for Girls”. Fifth grade boys will see “We’re Growing Up”, and fifth grade girls will see “We’re Growing Up”. If you do not want your child to participate, please send a note prior to the date of the presentation indicating your request.

Eastridge fourth grade students will view these films on Friday,

Warren Township

Youth Tennis League

Who: Warren Township students, grades

1-8

What: A fun opportunity for students to

learn tennis skills and make new friends

When: January 20 - March 16 (Mondays

and Wednesday from 6-7 PM)

Where: Warren Central High School and

Creston Middle School

Why: Tennis is a fun, competitive, and

lifelong sport. Spend this winter learning

and improving your tennis skills! Registration forms can be found online at

www.warrenyouthtennisleague.weebly.com.

2016. Registrations can be turned at the

Warren Central Athletic Office, Creston

Intermediate Academy Main Office, or by

mail to: Warren CTA, P.O. Box 744 New

Palestine, IN 46163. You can also register at one of our registration

events at the Warren Central Fieldhouse. The

dates will be Tuesday, December 15,Tuesday,

January 12, and Thursday January 14 from 6-

8 PM. You will need to enter the fieldhouse

through door 14. We will be located in the

ARE LOOKING FOR CLASSROOM

GUEST TEACHERS FOR THE 2015-

16 SCHOOL YEAR. Classroom guest

teachers, also referred to as substitute

teachers, work for 7 1/2 hour day with a 30

minute lunch. Classroom guest teachers

are paid $72 a day and are eligible for a

$100 bonus after completing twenty

classroom assignments. With 18 schools,

and over 600 classrooms in the district,

there are ample opportunities for being

assigned to a classroom on a daily basis.
