Homepage.Visit MeritorPartsOnline.com. Meritor’s industry-leading online catalog, ordering and tracking system.

To begin, click Sign In in the upper navigation bar.

Returning customers enter their User ID and Password and click Sign In. Or, new users click Register.

Complete and submit the request. A confirmation will be returned via email once the request has been finalized.

Company Profile – All information pertains to the requesting company and the purchase-approving manager.

User Profile – All requested information pertains to actual user of the site.

Registration Page.

Enter your User ID and click Send Me My Password. The system will email a temporary password.

Catalog Search

Search Box offers two search options:

1. Part Number (search by Meritor, competitive or customer part number)

2. Keyword (i.e., brakes, clutch, driveline, etc.)

Part Number Lookup.

Visual Search

Allows search by part number based on part location on the truck. Click on associated drivetrain component images to drill-down and locate desired part number.

Left-Hand Navigation

Allows for search by specific categories within the catalog. When using left-hand navigation, facets (filters) are available to narrow search.

Where Used

From Part Number Detail page, Where Used option displays other kits/assemblies containing the searched part number.

Part Number Comparison.Perform part number comparisons with this feature. Once part number Search Results are returned, drag/drop up to four items into the Compare Zone.

Competitive Cross Reference.Cross Reference Upload allows creation and upload of an Excel file to cross from competitive part numbers to a Meritor part number. Click Cross Reference Upload in upper navigation bar. NOTE: Three format options are available – Excel, CSV and TXT. Select desired format and click Download Sample Template.

Template Usage

1. Enter competitive part number into template

2. Save and close the template

3. From Cross Reference Upload screen, click Browse to locate file

4. Click Submit

MeritorPartsOnline will open a separate window to display results.

Large Order Entry.Stock Upload/Quick Order (located in the upper navigation bar) allows creation and upload of an Excel file containing up to 200 part numbers. Stock Upload is recommended for orders with ten or more items.

Select:

• Ship to

• Order type

• Format option (choose from three formats – Excel, CSV and TXT)

• Upload your order spreadsheet

1. Enter part numbers and quantity into template

2. Save and close file (NOTE: file must be closed prior to uploading)

3. Return to Stock Upload/Quick Order screen, click Browse to locate file saved in step #2

4. Click Order to upload file

MeritorPartsOnline will process file and move part numbers into Shopping Cart which is located on the Shipping & Billing page.

Order Entry/Stock Upload/Error File

When using Stock Upload file, MeritorPartsOnline will capture all unprocessed part numbers and display these items on a separate ‘error’ screen. Click Continue to proceed without interruption and invalid part numbers will be dropped from the order. Or, click Cancel to make corrections and re-upload file.

NOTE: Orders may be saved and submitted at a later time from the Shopping Cart, Shipping & Billing and Order Summary pages. To retrieve a saved order, go to Unsubmitted Orders which can be found under My Account (located in the top menu bar).

Click Continue to proceed without interruption and invalid part numbers will be dropped from the order. Or, click Cancel to make corrections and re-upload file.

Quick Order.Quick Order allows individual part numbers/quantities to be entered; click Order to proceed or Clear to remove all entries.

NOTE: Execute buttons (Order and Clear) are conveniently located in two locations, toward the top and at the bottom of the page.

Drop Ship Orders.For Drop Ship orders, from Stock Upload/Quick Order page, select Ship To (Order type must equal Emergency or Unit down). NOTE: The selected Ship To address on Stock Upload/Quick Order page will later default to the Miscellaneous Drop Ship address. This change action will take place on the Shipping & Billing page.

Complete this page with Drop Ship address information and click Add Address to return to Shipping & Billing page. NOTE: All fields are mandatory.

Insert your P.O. number

NOTE: If Freight Terms = Collect, Freight Account Number cannot be blank

Select Shipping Method and Freight Terms

Two options are available for using the Drop Ship feature:

1. Select from Previous Ship To addresses.

2. Click Add Address and a new window will open to allow for the entire ship-to address to be entered. NOTE: Edit Address allows revision or deletion of records under Previous Ship To addresses.

After completion of Create Address step, click Add Address to return to Shipping & Billing page shown below.

This is the final review page prior to order submission. NOTE: Confirm the proper Drop Ship address appears prior to clicking Submit Order.

Saving Orders for Later Submission.Orders can be saved for later submission by simply clicking the Save Order button.

NOTE: The Save Order function can be performed from three different screens:

1. Shopping Cart

2. Shipping & Billing

3. Order Summary

• To retrieve saved orders, click My Account option and scroll to bottom of page

• To review order details, click Details

• To move items back into shopping cart, click Add to Cart

• To delete record, click Cancel

NOTE: Unsubmitted orders will be retained for up to 15 days.

Request for Quotation

Allows for submission of quotation request by simply completing the required fields and clicking Submit Price Request. An email response will be returned from Meritor.

The Price and Availability function offers a quick and efficient method for checking prices and stock availability. Complete required information and click Check Price and Availability button.

My Account

Personal information may be edited as needed. A comment field is also available to send messages to the Meritor Parts Online administrator.

NOTE: To change password, click Edit and make change(s), then click Update.

Recent Order History

Allows for re-ordering of recent purchases without having to re-build the shopping cart. Click Re-Order button and the system will move information into the Shopping Cart.

Un-submitted Orders

Allows retrieval of saved orders for processing and/or cancellation.

My Orders allows users to:

1. Check the status of purchase orders

2. View invoices and credit and/or debit memo (if permitted)

3. Obtain proof-of-delivery information

4. View backorders

Use drop-down to view list of options, make desired selections and indicate desired timeframe. Hover over From and To fields to display calendar – or manually type in the date range. Click Search; results will appear at the bottom of the page (see below).

From Results List locate desired order, click Details – system will open purchase order detail page. From purchase order details page, invoice (if permitted) and proof-of-delivery for emergency orders may be obtained.

Once the desired purchase order is located, click Details to go to the Order Details page. From this page, click Invoice to open actual invoice (if allowed to view invoices) and obtain proof-of-delivery (POD). To obtain POD, copy tracking number, click Via link (links to shipping carrier’s website); paste tracking number into shipping carrier’s tracking feature, click Search. NOTE: To obtain tracking information, user will leave MeritorPartsOnline and link to the shipping carrier’s website.

NOTE: User may toggle back and forth between Order History results and Order Details by clicking My Orders. There will be a momentary delay before original Order History list will appear. Click Reset to remove previous search parameters.

Other search options include Customer PO #, Meritor Invoice #, Meritor Order #, Meritor Part # – see below diagram.

NOTE: Only authorized users may view invoices.

To search by specific value, select from drop down list, place value in field to right, fill-in date range (From/To), click Search.

To search Credit/Debit memos: Choose appropriate search type and complete Date Range, then click Search button. From Results list, locate document memo number. Click Details button to open document.

Backorder Information

Use down arrow to view list of options, make desired selections and indicate desired timeframe. Hover over From and To fields to display calendar, or manually type in the date range. Click Search; backorder results will appear at the bottom of the page.

The Admaker Kit allows the user to create customized ads using the MeritorPartsOnline self-guided tool. From the homepage, click Admaker Kit and follow the step-by-step process.
