Case Study Guidelines Students are required to read closely the assessment criteria for both case study presentation and written report as listed on the course outline (page 6 to 7). Case Study Questions Presenting groups need to address the following questions in their presentations. Mercury Athletic: Valuing the Opportunity 1. Is Mercury an appropriate target for AGI? Why or why not? 2. Review the projections formulated by Liedtke. Are they appropriate? How would you recommend modifying them? 3. Do you regard the value you obtained as conservative or aggressive? Why? 5. How would you analyse possible synergies or other sources of value not reflected in Liedtke’s base case assumptions?
