Choosing which pair will go first…

• In order to maximise the feedback you are given (peer feedback and observer feedback), I would like each pair to take it in turns rather than complete the meetings all at once.

• Mentees will draw a stick from my hand and the longest stick drawn will go first

Page 10: Mentoring week 6 ws nov 15

Is there anything you need to ask..?

Work in pairs to discuss what you will be doing, the observation and the criteria you need to meet…

Write down any questions regarding the observation or the mentoring session before it goes ahead.

Observers

• I have created a Padlet wall on ItsLearning for you to provide feedback on what went well and what could be improved. This can be done as you observe each of the mentoring sessions

• Leave comments on the wall for the pair to read once they are finished – Ensure you include your name on it

• Please be quiet whilst mentoring sessions are in progress – There are other ways you can communicate
