MENTOR MemoryShape(TM) Breast Implants are the latest innovation in breast implants. Theimplants are filled with a highly cohesive gel and have a unique, tapered appearance. Unlike roundbreast implants, MENTOR MemoryShape(TM) Breast Implants are teardrop shaped, meaningthey're thinner at the top and gently slope to a fuller projection point near the implant's bottom tomimic the silhouette of a natural breast. Each MemoryShape(TM) Implant features SILTEXTexture, a gentle imprinting process designed to help keep your implants in place.

MENTOR MemoryShape(TM) Breast Implants are indicated for breast augmentation in women atleast 22 years old, or for breast reconstruction. Breast implant surgery should not be performed inwomen with active infection anywhere in their body, with existing cancer or pre-cancer of theirbreast, who have not received adequate treatment for those conditions, or who are pregnant ornursing.

There are risks associated with breast implant surgery. Breast implants are not lifetime devices andbreast implantation may not be a one-time surgery. You may need additional unplanned surgeries on

your breasts because of complications or unacceptable cosmetic outcomes. Many of the changes toyour breast following implantation are irreversible (cannot be undone) and breast implants mayaffect your ability to breastfeed, either by reducing or eliminating milk production. The mostcommon complications with MENTOR MemoryShape(TM) Breast Implants include reoperationfor any reason, implant removal with or without replacement, and ptosis. A lower risk ofcomplication is rupture, which is most often silent (meaning neither you nor your doctor will know

you have a rupture) and can only be detected by appropriate imaging techniques such as MRI. Thehealth consequences of a ruptured silicone gel breast implant have not been fully established. MRIscreenings are recommended three years after initial implant surgery and then every two years afterto detect silent rupture.

SPECTRUM Saline Breast Implants

This saline-filled post operatively adjustable breast implant style is exclusive to Mentor WorldwideLLC. It allows physicians to adjust the size of the breast implant for up to six months after breastaugmentation surgery. In a simple office procedure, surgeons can add or remove saline to adjust thefinal size of the breast implant.

The SPECTRUM Implant is a technologically innovative design that allows surgeons to makeadjustments post operatively. A small, removable fill tube is left temporarily attached to the breastimplant after surgery. The tube is accessible to the physician by injection through the skin. In asimple office procedure, breast implant size can be adjusted until the desired effect is achieved. Atthis point, the fill tube is removed (again, in a routine office visit) and a self-sealing valveimmediately closes and seals the breast implant.

Saline Sterile Sizers

Saline Volume Sizers come in a sterile, single-use only package for intraoperative use. Sizers comein all dimensions, matching our saline breast implant product family. The smooth-surface Sizer shellis made with successive cross-linked layers of silicone elastomer, each cross-linking layer unitingwith the last to provide the device with elasticity and integrity. The Sizer is supplied with an integralfill tube with a Luer adapter, and a two-way check valve to facilitate filling. The two-way check valveis supplied sterile separately.
