MENTONE  GIRLS’  S.C.  Year  7-­‐8  iPad  Apps  List  

 

 Students  need  to  install  the  following  apps  onto  their  iPads  before  their  first  day  at  the  College.  *  Note  that  new  iOS  devices  come  with  selected  Apple  apps  included.  (See  items  marked  *  below).        Optional  paid  apps  can  be  downloaded  at  a  later  date,  if  necessary.    

G  SUITE  FOR  EDUCATION  (Free  apps)  

G  Suite  For  Education  (previously  Google  Apps  For  Education)  is  the  official  online  environment  at  M.G.S.C.  Students  receive  a  school-­‐managed  G  Suite  For  Education  account  on  their  first  day  at  the  College.  G  Suite  apps  can  be  accessed  on  iPads  and  laptops  and  on  all  operating  systems.  The  following  free  apps  are  required  for  G  Suite  to  be  used  on  an  iPad.
