Dionne Jones is a Geriatric Fitness Specialist and owner of Full Circle Fitness. She partners with Silver Sneakers approved Senior Centers in Northeast Ohio to coach older adults in obtaining a highly functional quality of life along the aging continuum.
Dionne is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Senior Fitness Specialist.
Andrea Ramos
Dr. Cicely Horsham-Brathwaite is a New York State licensed psychologist and executive coach, with a focus on maximizing the personal and professional development of executives, high achieving employees and entrepreneurs.
As Certified Wellness Speaker, she focuses on helping her clients center well-being and self-care.
She has been featured in articles in, SELF, Entrepreneur, CNBC Making It and Best Life.
Cicely Horsham-Brathwaite PhD
Fatimah Jackson is a Registered Nurse with 26 years of experience. She teaches at Cuyahoga Community College.
Fatimah enjoys spending time in her craft room, where she loves to sew and do any other craft you can imagine
She is currently making face mask to help keep every one safe and healthy during this pandemic. She has happily made over 350 masks in the last month!
