Q: Can you hold a date for me while I make a decision to rent? A: We do not place holds on space or dates without a deposit (which is non-refundable and non-transferable). We book on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Q: What is catering minimum? A: Catering minimum is the total minimum amount to be spent in food and beverage selections. Catering minimum does not include rentals, labor or service charge.
Q: What is included at Montage? A: With every venue rental tables, chairs, china, glassware, silverware are included. Specialty chairs and linen are available through Kahn’s Catering for an additional fee.
Q: Is there a payment schedule? A: To book an event, a signed contract & initial deposit are required upon commitment. After which the following schedule applies: 120 days before the event - 50% Payment 5 business days before the event - Final Balance

Q: Can I attach anything to the walls, ceiling or glass? A: You cannot attach anything to the walls, ceiling or glass at Montage, including the arbor in the gardens. We invite you to work with our preferred decor companies for pipe and drape de-cor and ceiling accents, and your florist for arbor decor.
Q: Who’s here the during the meeting? A: Your Event Specialist, as well as your Event Captain, will be here rom set up through tear down. We recommend reaching out first to your Event Captain for any neesd that arise during the event.
Q: Do I have to use your caterer? A: Yes, Montage is exclusively catered by their parent company, Kahn’s Catering. Outside food & beverage is not permitted.
Q: What time can vendors be allowed in the space for an evening rental? A: Vendors are allowed into the event space 2 hours before the event is scheduled to begin.
Q: What time can vendors be in that evening to retrieve their equipment? A: Vendors can load out from the end of the event up to one hour after the conclusion.
Q: Do I have to use your preferred vendor list? A: No. Our preferred vendors are those we have worked with several times and trust their professionalism and skill.

Q: We only need a space to meet. Do we have to order catering? A: Yes, catering is required for every event at Montage. A catering minimum is required of each venue space.
Q: How do I get audio-visual for our meeting? A: Rentals that include Cabernet or Riesling Room include 1 LCD projector and screen, lecturn and wireless microphone. Additional AV is available for rent. If you feel the needs of your meeting go be-yond the scope of our Sensory Technology system, we welcome you to contact one of our preferred vendors for further assistance.
Q: Does your venue have breakout spaces? A: Depending on the needs of your event, our ven-ue can be set up in a variety of ways to accomodate breakout areas. Your event specialist will go over specific diagramming needs with you.
