We wish to inform that En.Zaidi Bin Ismail has commenced employment with us since 13th June 2007 as an Acceptance Clerk until today.

During this period of salary review from January 2010 till December 2010, En.Zaidi has shown true commitment in his daily work which involve clerical duties in the acceptance department. However, the pleasing point is, he wrote a thorough report and recommendation on processing of acceptance cases for approval from time to time.

He is very attentive to duties given and communicate well with dealers and customer and also when dealing practically at the counter.

In view of this, the undersigned is in the opinion that En.Zaidi is a good asset for the Branch and wish to recommend him an extra increment in his salary to boost his moral and develop him to undertake greater responsibility in the near future.

The above matter refers.

Please be informed that the total facility currently offered to the above hirer was RM1,350,000-00 and has been fully utilized. The drawdown are as shown in page two of the report.

The Hire Purchase (Non Act) facility offered was a NON REVOLVING in nature.

The Manager, Mr. Jeffry Kow revealed that he requires at least 4 new units to replace the old lorry/prime mover for the year 2011. However, only 2 units are on URGENT basis totaling to RM243,000-00. The other 2 units amounting to RM432,000-00 is expected to purchase before the year ended . Hirer’s letter dated 4th May is enclosed for your perusal. (appendix 4)

Therefore the total amount of Hire Purchase facility (non-act) required for year 2011 is RM675,000-00 x 80% = RM540,000-00.

In view that the facility is insufficient for this year 2011 purchase, the hirer has requested for an additional facility and we recommend RM650,000-00 to make a round total of RM2,000,000-00.

The Board approval and consideration is sought.

The above facility was rejected on the 29-09-2010 in view of the heavy commitments as shown in the applicant’s pay slip.

However, the applicant reiterated that he is able to meet the monthly repayment and also it will be assisted by his wife who is doing a boutique business. Unit will be traded in to dealer by the seller who is the applicant’s sister, in view of trade in price is low, the seller prefer and feel that it is worthy to sell it to applicant.

The applicant has agree to increase the down payment to further reduce the loan to RM60,000-00. With the reduction, the risk margin now stood at 44% as compare to the market value conservatively at RM135,000-00.

In view of the big sum of money paid as down payment, we are in the opinion that applicant is genuinely purchasing the unit and the percentage of repayment against his net pay now stood at 24.31% way below 30% limit enforced.

We recommend approval in view that applicant has met all the necessary criteria in the hire purchase guideline and approval instituted by the Management. Branch comments and recommendations are also as aforementioned in the credit proposal.

e wish to inform that there was a frequent breakdown of electricity at our Branch office. The latest breakdown was on the 17th May 2010.

Due to the urgency we have called Syarikat Gemilang Indah to check and repair the causes. They have identified that besides the ELCB switch has to be replaced; the other problem that causes the electricity to trip was from the parking area. Most of the lighting need to be replace due to rust and water leaking during heavy downpour.

They have carried out the work half way but in view of the amount of repair quoted, we have requested for a quotation from them for Head Office approval.

Please be informed that the above vehicle was repossessed on 21/08/2009 and stored at the Emastulin Store. It was believed that an intruder has climb on the zinc fencing and stole a few items from the above vehicle.

The window on the driver’s side has been broken and the two front seats (Recaro) together with Hi Fi set believe to be the amplifier has also been stolen. We suspected that there could have been other items stolen but unable to identify it.. During repossession, the door was locked. The car was towed and no keys were available. The estimated loss is around RM5,000.

We have lodged a police report (enclosed) at the Selayang police Station and the report number is SELAYANG/017250/09 AT 10.59AM.

We have call En.Mohd nor the Supervisor of Kawalan Keselamatan who is engage in giving security services in the said premises to take action on the security guard on duty . En.Mohd nor personally came and inspected on the unit involved.

We propose that The Management of Emastulin to install more lighting or to double the fencing by using barb wire to ensure further safety in the store.

Hirer has advised that he do not keep personal account as all his money circulated in the daily business. He and the other director is his wife which runs the day to day operation of the company. There is no other party involved.

We therefore recommend waiver of applicant personal account on reason as follows:-

1) although the company is private limited in nature, the two directors which hold 50% shareeach are husband and wife

2) comparing hirer’s pay slip and EPF statement shows that applicant is getting salary ofRM5,500 per month and taking into consideration 11% EPF contribution then the figure tally with the actual amount credited in as shown in the EPF statement

3) strong company’s bank statement which indicated that the financial standing is good

4) applicant , guarantor and company has no record on FIS and CTOS checking

5) income tax receipt from LHDN is available for sighting

6) unit is a popular model and has good resale value

7) approval is subject to 6 months post dated cheque
