Can I rent a locker?Lockers are available throughout the facility, including in the locker rooms, for daily use only. Please bring your own lock. Locks left on lockers after closing will be cut off.

Will there be towel service? We will provide free hand towel service to our members. If you plan to shower at the Y, please bring your own shower-size towel.

If I am a member at another YMCA location, can I use the new Parker Hannifin Downtown YMCA?Absolutely! You may use your Y membership at any Y in Ohio, in fact! There are just two important things to note for the Parker Hannifin Downtown Y, specifically:

1. If you are not already a Plus member, please ask your Membership Director to “Plus” your membership for just $10/month for an individual membership or $15/month for a family/household membership. A Plus membership will give you access to all programming at the new Y, and you will receive 50% off programming (fee-based classes, swim lessons, youth leagues) at your “home” branch.

2. If you begin to utilize the new Downtown Y more often than your current Y location (52% or more of the time), we ask that you transfer your membership to the new Y at the current membership rates. If your family participates in programming at a suburban branch, for example, their membership rate will remain the same as their primary branch.

I have a SilverSneakers benefit. Can I still use the Downtown Y?Absolutely. Simply present your ID card at the Welcome Center.

I have some co-workers who are interested in joining. Is there a group or corporate discount available?Yes. A minimum amount of employees is required. Please contact us for more information.

How can I schedule a personal training, massage, acupuncture, or chiropractic appointment?Stop at the Welcome Center to schedule an appointment or visit our web site at ClevelandYMCA.org.
