Services We Provide � Facilities Maintenance & Management:

We possess the expertise in providing Facilities Maintenance & Management to industrial, commercial and residential complexes. Our services include, but are not limited to, Air-Conditioning, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and Low Current Systems. The Computerized Maintenance & Management System (CMMS), Quality Management System and Health & Safety Management Systems are effective tools in Facilities Maintenance & Management.

� Design, Installation & Maintenance of A/C Systems:

• Design, installation and commissioning of HVAC systems for industrial and commercial buildings.

• Refurbishment and renovation of the existing system to enhance the system efficiency.

• Long term maintenance contract for HVAC installations.

� High Voltage and Low Voltage Electrical Installation, Operation & Maintenance: • Installation of High Voltage Transformers and

switchgears, cables as well as Low Voltage installations. • Installation of airfield ground lighting of airports. • Operation & Maintenance of :

- H.V Substations - O.H Lines - H.V. & L.V Distribution Systems. - Diesel Gensets. - Power Plants.

� Testing of Protection Relays: • Pre –commissioning test of protection relays, setting

calculations of relays for proper time grading, CTs, PTs and control system of electrical installations.

• Routine testing of protection relays, CTs, PTs, etc. for transformer feeders, etc.

� Silicon Coating of HV Porcelain Insulators:

• Silicon rubber coating on high voltage porcelain insulators, to enhance the system stability and to reduce downtime.

� On-Site Repair of Transformers:

Repair of EHV transformers including arresting of leaks, repair / replacement of radiators, oil filtration, etc.

� Interior Fit-Out:

• Interior fit-out works of offices, showrooms, shops, restaurants, etc.

� Civil Construction & Refurbishment:

• Civil construction works for Industrial and Commercial buildings.

• Civil refurbishment of various residential, commercial

buildings and petro-chemical Industries.

� Mechanical Maintenance:

• Maintenance of mechanical installations, fire fighting systems, etc.
