Job Description:1To conduct (Perform & Direct) Bio-Analytical Activities(MD,MV and sample analysis) using various applicable techniques as per approved methods/protocols and to acheive reruired bench-mark at each stage.2To conduct the Bionalaytical acitvity of DMPKI(Drug metabolisum and Pharmacokinetics)activity 3To review the standard operating test procedure/protocol(SOTP) to ensure its accuracy and completeness.4To supervise scientist in planning of study requirements and day to day bio-analytical project activity.5To review the raw data generated during method development ,method validation and study sample analysis.6To report the critical analytical observations to seniors and conduct the investigations for CAPA (if required).7To ensure the proper planning of resources like instument,column,manpower,standards etc to meet the desired timeline.8To supervise,operate,maintain and perform calibration/performance check of instruments.9To ensure optimum utilization of LCMSMS and track non-utilization of the same.10To train the subordinates on technical and quality related skills.11To review the standard operating procedures to ensure confirmity with the regulatory requirements.12To review the outsource studies in order to ensure the compliance of the respective regulatory requirement.13To ensure compliance of GCP practices and HSE policies.

Publications:A high throughput and sensitive liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for the estimation of Bisoprolol in human plasma using multiplexing technique.
