I worked as a Talent and Resource manager for SONY Pictures. Managing and fulfilling critical business requirements along with headcount management of the account were my key responsibilities.

I supported the role of 'Learning & development coordinator' for Sony, Being an L&D coordinator I facilitated the teams by arranging learning sessions about
various technical and interpersonal skills on demands of the associates or client for achieving competencies in the project for better delivery of work.
I was the key event manager for all TCS- Sony Pictures Entertainment Relationship employee recreation, business events and client meetings. Right from hosting the events to seting it up
and taking care of every nitty gritty details, I looked into every paraphernalia
During this stint in SONY , I spearheaded a team for ODC branding activity along with the M&IS marketing team and HB Designs .
Global Vision – Cancer Care NGO, Mumbai June 12 – August’ 12Role - Public Relationship Manager
•Worked as a Fund raiser (Sales & Marketing executive) and raised over 5 lakh for the NGO individually in 3 months by field work.
•I helped the NGO in organizing for various awareness campaigns for cancer, anti-tobacco, breast cancer awareness. We also organised monthly blood donation drives and free cancer detection campaigns.
CERTIFICATION
Completed a domain certified course in ‘Certification in Sales and Marketing Management’ by Tata Consultancy Services February’ 2015.
INTERNSHIP
3 months training at “Pigtail Pundits Web Solutions, Goregaon” where in learned and implemented projects on Various Web languages like HTML, CSS, Javascript, MySQL, and PHP. Also, learned and implemented projects on Content Management system (CMS) – Word press.(August’11 to October’11)
