They want determine how their advanced adhesive technology specialized for moist environments will allow them to capitalize on market opportunities in this space. OBJECTIVES APPROACH The client hand-selected a facilitator and a team of 14 medical practitioners, support group leaders, and patients with extensive knowledge of ostomy care and experience in healthcare industry marketing to engage in a four day session of asynchronous dialogue on the Convetit platform. Each day, the facilitator posed questions for experts to discuss at their convenience, and shared a summary of the responses with the client team. Primary insights from the week were distilled into a 25-slide, custom-designed report.
