4 Current SituationMr Japit discusses with team about the structure of database and

ensures the metadata flows through the whole wrapper.

- To join the query (assume that foreign key is established)

For administrator:

- To manage and create users

- To manage and create roles

-Define rules to authorized user

- Able to view log files

- Define of query set-size

- Associate the user to application

- Read in data dictionaries

For system:

- How to generate SQL statements?

- How is the query constructed?

- Read conditions and focus on how the system can do queries.

Tasks Assigned:

All members check through the documents for further edits and

errors checks.

- Project Document- Sing Hui and Jun Xiang edit minor errors

- Project Proposal Stephen edit on spelling errors

- Design Specification Jia Hui edit on the user interface design

- Requirement Specification Jia Hui edit on functionalities and

diagrams

- User Manual Joel insert screenshots of user manuals.
