Wednesday, February 25, 2013—11:00 a.m.—11:50 a.m.

In attendance: Deborah Whitt, Jay Collier, Madeline Brush, Alyssa Bish, Alissa Wookman, Blake

Gothier, Vanessa Christensen, Jennine Kottwitz, Robbie Hall, AlisonDavey, Alexandria Ewing, Norma

Volkmer, Abby Schademann, Marina Grecco, Roxxana Dominquez, Hannah Tielke, Kaite Bieremen,

Liam Hockley.

Could not make it: Tesa Moser, Lindsey Milburn

Made introductions.

Approved First reading of Bylaws with the following suggested changes:

President nominees must have experience as any executive officer.

Eliminate sixth bullet under Article V, presidential duties.

Split secretary into two roles: secretary and treasurer.

Approved due costs, $60.00 per year.

Approved point system, suggesting that specific rewards, benefits be associated with points.

Nominated Alyssa Bish, Alissa Woockman, Madeline Brush, and Jennine Kottwitz for PRSSA

president. Alissa Wookman was elected and agreed to serve.

Nominated Alyssa Bish, Alison Davey, & Alexandria Ewing for PRSSA vice president. Alyssa Bish

was elected and agreed to serve.

Nominated Abby Schademann, Blake Gotheir, Madeline Brush, Norma Volkmer, and Jennine

Kottwitz for PR director. Blake Gothier was elected and agreed to serve.

Nominated Robbie Hall and Jennine Kottwitz for PRSSA Secretary. Voted to split secretary into to

positions. Elected Robbie Hall to Secretary and Jennine Kottwitz to Treasurer. Both agreed to

serve.

Nominated Vanessa Christensen, Alison Davey, and Abby Schademann for PRSSA Historian.

Vanessa Chirstensen was elected and agreed to serve.
