Bella Goose 744 Eddy Façade update DRC 032019 The City has just received a rendering for a new façade design at 744 Eddy from Bella Goose. Initial review appears to comply with the Design Standard. There is a comment that the new coffee roaster chimney will be covered with vinyl siding. Vinyl is normally prohibited, and the applicant has stated they will look into a using a preferred material such as engineered wood. Chris Tollaksen City of Wisconsin Dells

1. Paint Upper half of building white2. Patch and paint lower half of building matt black3. Construct set back door with graded cement flooring (no step), install new door and tile on walls in entry4. Second story windows are 48’’ wide by 58’’ tall. They are 2 feet up from the ground.5. The front facade where the windows were, will be filled in with brick and then electrical for the gooseneck lights6. First story window will be black vinyl and 11’ wide by 6’ tall.7. Vinyl siding the roastery vent.

EXTERIOR FACADE PLAN / 744 EDDY STREET / BELLA GOOSE COFFEE

Keg – wine bar 716 Oak DRC 032019 The City has received the final plans and elevations for the Keg project at 716 Oak St. The applicant had attempted to verbally explain some of the design details during previous review. Rolling doors will be used to provide the open air environment. Previous renderings had shown windows where the open doors would be. The rolling doors will be a black steel to match the other doors.
