V-20-28 Proposed new exterior signage
The applicant is proposing new signage for a dentist office that is rebranding. The proposal includes a new wall plaque that is approximately 2.5 square feet in size and rebranded façade signage that will be approximately 9.9 square feet. These signs will replace the existing signage in the same location. The applicant has submitted two different façade sign options. Sign 1 utilizes the existing sign, but with fresh paint and new lettering/logo. Sign 2 does not utilize the existing signage, but would feature facade mounted letters and logo. The existing lighting will be used for the new signage.
