Frequently Asked QuestionsDo I need a partner? No, you do not. Both single men & ladies attend. We encourage everyone to rotate partners, as this is a valuable learning tool. Remember, in order to be a good dancer you must be able to dance with a variety of partners.

What level dancers attend camp? Our Mastery Camp is structured to offer something for the beginning social dancer to advanced competitors to instructors.

How do you determine which level? We have four separate rooms – one each for level: Newcomer, Bronze, Silver & Gold. Our rooms are very close together, so it’s quite easy to go from one classroom to another. Newcomer classes are open to everyone. If you know at least 4 - 7 figures from a Bronze Syllabus, you can try the Bronze class. If you know at least 5 figures from a Silver Syllabus, you may want to try the Silver class. If you know at least 6 figures from a Gold Syllabus, the Gold Class is for you.

Can you get me a roommate?Sorry, no. We have tried this in the past, and it was not very successful. It is very difficult to share a room with someone you do not know.

What is the cancellation policy?A $50 non-refundable deposit will hold your spot in the 2020 Dance Camp Las Vegas. The final payment for Dance Camp is due in full no later than May 1st, 2020.

After your initial deposit, 50% of your balance must by paid by February 15th, 2020. If we do not receive payment by February 15th we re-serve theright to cancel your reservation without notice.

Cancellations made before February 15th, we be assessed a $100 fee. The remaining amount paid will be credited towards a future camp. We will retain 50% of the total amount paid for cancellations made after February 15th but before May 1st. After May 1st, prices go up $50 per camp, due to late registration.

Due to our commitments with the hotel in regards to room nights and food and beverage minimums, cancellations after May 1st will not be eligible for a refund or credit of any kind. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS, including medical reasons.

Can I record the group lessons or take pictures? No taping/recording of group classes or the Grand Banquet Super Star Show is allowed. You may videotape your private lessons. You will be able to take pictures with all of the teachers at the Grand Banquet on Thursday.

What should I wear? The most important item to bring is good dance shoes. Sorry, we do not sell shoes. Dress as you would when taking lessons in the studio.

What is a Jack & Jill contest? This is a dance contest in which you will be paired with someone you have never danced with before. The best dancing couple will win a prize.
