Manager and Quantity Surveyor, he has worked in most sectors of the construction industry throughout the

UK in his 30 years with Summers.

ERIC TULLYDIRECTORBSc, FRICS. Eric is an Equity Director of

Summers-Inman based in our Newcastle office

and is a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager,

with over 30 years experience in all sectors of the

construction industry.

DAVID BLAKEYDIRECTOR - LEEDSDavid is a chartered quantity surveyor and project

manager and is responsible for the management

and expansion of our core services delivered from

the Leeds office at Thorpe Park in Leeds. Being in

the Northern Region of the group David works

closely with the Directors and senior management

team across the Northern region.

GRAEME YUILLDIRECTOR

MRICS.Graeme is a specialt in costmanagement services. He joined Summers

Inman in 1990 and has over 25 years experiencein the profession. During that time Graeme hasworked on a wide variety of projects utilising avariety of forms of procurement. Graeme has

specific experience of projects in the Health andEducation sector often involving extensive

mechanical and electrical services as well ascomplex alterations to existing buildings.

JIM SNEDDONREGIONAL MANAGINGDIRECTOR SCOTLANDBSc (Hons) MRICS.Jim is experienced in mostconstruction industry sectors, however he hasextensive experience in the residential sector with awide knowledge in the social/public housing field.

ROSS NICOLDIRECTORRoss joined Summers-Inman in 1994 to developProject Management, Building Surveying and Health& Safety Services within Scotland. Prior to joiningSummers Inman he Project Managed £70m (circa1990's) of mixed-use facilities for MOD Defencewhile working with the Property Services Agency.

STEVE TURNERREGIONAL MANAGINGDIRCTORSteve trained and qualified as a Quantity Surveyor and Cost Manager but hasconsiderable experience in both Project Management and ConstructionManagement. Successfully completed projects include many fast-trackprogrammes particularly in the food and drinks industry working closely withprocess or production engineers often on operational sites.

IAN GRIFFITHSDIRECTORDip MRICS.Ian is a Director in our Leicester Officeand has over 21 years experience in the Constructionindustry, both as a Quantity Surveyor and ProjectManager.
