1) An Owner Operator - This is a person who personally aligns his or herself with the business opportunity and the philosophy behind it. This person is usually more visible in the center and will work in the Sales or Service side of the business. It's not a 40 hour on site position, so this person needs to be able to manage the business on a financial level as well as consistently generating new outside sales customers.
