ServiceWe realise the importance of keeping your site open and secure. Through our range of premium Service Plans we offer regular service and maintenance contracts to prevent unwanted breakdowns. Our trained team of Technicians are on call to provide nationwide cover. We offer a range of Service Plans, ranging from our Next Day Service Plan with preventative maintenance inspections, to our fully comprehensive service including an AM/ PM onsite response with our Total Service Plan. Critical Spares - We strive to keep any downtime to a minimum and recommend that the Meesons Service Plan is supported with a Critical Spares Pack to ensure you have the necessary parts on site when they are needed most.

Standard Transit – a user presents a valid ID card, the gate opens and the user passes through the gate.

Glossary of terms

Anti–Climb Over – a user attempts to climb over the Speed Gate to avoid passing through the gate. An alarm output is given.

Push Through – a user is able to push through the glass wings from the secure side prior to an emergency signal from the access control. The push through force can be adjusted via the TMON2 software.

Anti-Passback – a user presents a valid ID card and transits through the Speed Gate. The valid ID card is passed back to a second user to present. When the ID card is presented an alarm output is given.

Unauthorised Transit – a user presents an invalid ID card or attempts to transit without an ID card. An alarm output is given.

Multi–Transit – multiple users present their ID cards one by one and pass through the Speed Gate. The gate remains open and only closes when a user without a valid ID card enters the Speed Gate. An alarm output is given.

Tailgating (piggybacking) –

Crossover – a user presents a valid ID card, the gate opens and a second user enters the Speed Gate from the opposite direction. An alarm output is given.
