    1. THE CORE OF OUR BEINGThe core of our being is much more than our mind could ever think of, imagine or dream

about. The core of our being is not an object of experience to be apprehended through

the instruments of experience such as the body, the brain, the sense organs, the mind,

    memory, intellect, and ego.

At the core of our inner being lies the core of the living universe, of the whole existence.

Beyond the divisive self-consciousness or thought, both are one.

The core of our innermost being is pure peacefulness, joyfulness and boundless

    awareness.

In the herenow of experiencing, awareness expands beyond self-consciousness. The

sense of THAT which permeates the whole of existence becomes intensely prominent to

the transparent mind.In intense attentive experiencing of herenow, THAT takes hold of the self and everything

tied to it. Everything around, permeated by THAT, seems so beautiful, so lively, so new.

THAT which is beyond thought and self shines through the silent attentive mind as pure

light, pure delight and boundless life.

THAT is the true companion. THAT is the true support. THAT is the true healer.

THAT lives eternally in the herenow. THAT shines always in silent experiencing. THAT is

the core of everything in the universe.

In the herenow of silent meditation, THAT becomes fully conscious of Itself. THAT revels

    in the experiencing of Itself.

To all those having deep suffering! Bring your sorrows to THAT in the herenow, and see

    the disintegration of your pains.

THAT is the light of the universe, reflected through the silent mind, attentively flowing

with the present moment, without holding back to anything from the past. THAT is

always anchored in the living and real present, not in the memory-made self.

    2. MEDITATIONMeditation is the readiness to attend to life in the present living moment of the universe

without any departure from the actual attention to the herenow, without the

interference of past experiences (memories) in terms of thoughts, and without holding

on to anything specific. In meditation, there is only pure continuous experiencingwithout an experiencer or narrator interfering with the onwards flow of existence.

Meditation involves flowing freely with existence in the present of time, space and the

universe. It is the shifting of attention from the constricted space of self-consciousness

to the boundless universe of experiencing in the herenow. It is meeting the reality of the

moment and staying attuned to it.

Meditation implies WATCHor watching the flow of: Words from the self, Actions by the

body/brain complex, Thoughts from memory and intellect, Character in terms of

attitudes and intentions, and Heart in terms of feelings and impulses.

Meditation as WATCH also indicates Witnessing Attentively Thoughtlessly Choicelessly

    Herenow.

    Meditation is:

BLISS- Breathing Lovingly In Silent Stillness

    JOY- Just Opening Yourself

FAITH- Firmly Abiding In The Herenow

PEACE- Paying Eager Attention Choicelessly Effortlessly.

FLOWER- Flowing Lovingly Onwards Without Ever Reverting

DYING- Dissolving Your Identity Now Gracefully

LOSING- Letting Our Selfish Identity Naturally Go

    LOVE- Losing Our Vain Ego
