Physicians will be provided with an Olympus Digital Dictaphone (Optional if you have One already) for dictations.Software will be installed on Physicians desktop.Just Plug in Dictaphone to the Sound Card of your computer for transferring files to the PC.Connect to the Internet for an automatic upload of files to our secure servers.

The most economical solution for physiciansUse any dictaphone for dictationsUse Goldwave or any other sound recorder for converting your dictations to a compressed sound format.Name the files seriallyUpload them to our FTP site on the InternetReceive the dictations the following day/ based on the contracted TAT

Files are returned in Word format by E-mail, fax, or by downloading directly from the ftp site.Files are also available in Text only (txt), WordPerfect format, PDF, or HTML format.We can use the standard formats or use any given by you. Please send a copy to us.


QUALITY REPORTS:The Real Issues

Quality suffers due to Background Noises which suppress the words of

dictation Speaking too rapidly (Happens typically for

sentences you would repeat OR for a sentence in which you will correct yourself)

Nouns- Names, Places, Streets etc. Phonetically spelt nouns are wrong 90% of the times!

Speaking similar sounding (but different meaning) medical words without clarification.
