Our Program In the Medical Transcription + Medical Terminology program, students will learn some of the most important skills in the medical industry, making them key components to any medical office. This extensive course will also provide plenty of unique training techniques to help students be successful. Medical transcriptionists listen to dictated recordings made by physicians and other health care professionals and transcribes them, creating medical reports that become part of patients’ permanent files. Along with the medical transcription, this course provides 60 hours of medical terminology training in various modules. With the combination of medical transcription and medical terminology, students will be equipped to perform the inpatient case studies included in this program and have the skills necessary to find an entry-level position as a medical transcriptionist.
