If an employee is exposed or likely to beexposed to chemicals hazardous to healthlisted in Schedule II, and is engaged in aprocess specified therein, the HS requiredunder sub-regulation (1) shall include MSconducted by OHD at intervals of not morethan 12 months or at such shorter intervalsas determined by the OHD or an SHO who isalso a GP.
