The MEDIC FIRST AID Instructor Trainer Guide provides the outline of the training process for new MEDIC First Aid Instructors. COURSE OUTLINE: Welcome to the MEDIC FIRST AID Instructor Training Course The MEDIC FIRST AID Difference MEDIC FIRST AID Training Philosophies Medical Source Authorities MEDIC FIRST AID’s Integrated Learning Model Adult Learning Principles MEDIC FIRST AID Training Programs Role of the Instructor MEDIC FIRST AID Training Materials Introduction to the Instructor Guide Using Instructional Pages Showing Program Video Segments Referring to Student Guide Pages Performing Real-Time Demonstrations Facilitating a Small-Group Practice Observing Reasonable Performance Accommodating Slow Learners or Difficult Students Facilitating Talk-Through Scenarios Facilitating Performance Evaluations Facilitating Written Knowledge Reviews On successful completion of the course, participants will receive a TWI and accredited MEDIC First Aid International Certificates. Participants will also be awarded an accredited Medic First Aid International card containing their unique registry number with Medic First Aid International which serves as their license to be Instructor at a Trainer level of Medic First Aid International and which gives them a certification to deliver basic / advance Medic First Aid training programmes depending on their additional qualification. It is recommended that Instructors at a Trainer level have appropriate qualifications in Medical/Emergency Medical Services and/or teaching, training, or education. COURSE DURATION: 3 Days COURSE TIMING: 8:30 pm TO 5.30 pm COURSE FEE: Dhs3,500 PREREQUISITE: Participants must have attended a Basic Medic First Aid Course

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:All cancellations must be in writing and cancellation fees shall apply: cancellations made 4 weeks prior to the coursestart date shall be charged AED 180 as administration fee; 50% of the total fees for cancellations made 2 to 3 weeksbefore the start of the course; 100% of the total fees if less than 2 weeks before the course start date.
