European independent AV production companies- 12 month existence- no control (25%) by TV broadcaster Proven track record- 1 project released or broadcast in the 2 previous years Majority of rights on the project- Contract covering the rights on the artistic material No entry into production within the next 8 months

Potential & adequacy of the creative team (10%)

Quality of the financing strategy & feasibility (10%)- adequacy of production costs & development budget- adequacy of the financing strategy- awareness of the suitable potential partners & territories- sufficiency and realism of the financing plan- experience or ability to secure the necessary co-financing

Applicant company established in a country with low production capacity (10 pts)

Project targeted for young audience (10 pts)

Coproduction with a country which does not have a common official language (5 pts)

1. To increase the capacity of European video game producers to develop projects : • with highly innovative content and quality gameplay, • which will have the potential to circulate throughout Europe and beyond

2. To improve the competiveness of the European video games industry in European and international markets by enabling the retention of intellectual property by European developers.

- high level of originality, innovative and creative value, cultural diversity and enhanced Europe's cultural identity and heritage compared to existing mainstream works- high level of commercial ambition and extensive cross-border potential able to reach European and international markets.

From concept to playable prototype or trial version

Designed for commercial exploitation for PCs, consoles, mobile devices, tablets, smart phones and other technologies.

2. TV coproduction

Before 1st day of photography Independent producer + 3 broadcastes (3 countries) Gap financing (50% in place) Focus on high quality European drama series Sequels, 2d & 3d seasons eligiblesFinancing: Fiction/animation : 12,5% or €500.000 max Drama series : 10% or €1 M max Documentary : 20% or €300.000 max
