The ROTC building at Utah State University was back open Wednesday after a student reportedly sent a message Monday threatening ROTC personnel with armed violence.
The threats led the ROTC to close its offices for two days, spokesman John DeVilbiss said. The student was not arrested and will not face charges. The threats came the first day of spring semester for USU students.
