Noah Goldberg, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of US eCommerceNoah Goldberg is responsible for customer service, trust and safety, supply and fulfillment and operational excellence for StubHub. Carrying the title of the longest serving employee at StubHub, Noah provides a unique perspective into how a start-up focused on ticketing has become the market leader in live entertainment in 13 short years – while continuing to grow in scale at a rapid pace. As one of the key early employees who helped grow the business (while keeping the fan experience at the core of everything), Noah can discuss how a company needs to be nimble and keep its core values at the heart of all business decisions to not only meet the challenges of changing technology, but also earn the loyalty of changing consumers.

Since joining StubHub in 2002, Noah has developed and managed a number of functional areas including product management, business intelligence, partnerships, business process management and quality assurance. Under Noah, StubHub consistently reaches outstanding customer satisfaction levels, with the company repeatedly being recognized within the industry for its long-term commitment to serving customers.

Anne Robie, Global Head of Human ResourcesAs Director of Human Resources, Anne Robie brings more than 15 years of HR expertise to StubHub, guiding and managing StubHub’s organizational development and cultural objectives. Since joining StubHub in 2011, Anne has grown StubHub’s employee base by 80 percent while maintaining outstanding employee engagement and building a distinctly collaborative company culture. Anne earned a Master of Science in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a certified yoga instructor and is a UCLA Bruins fan who can often be seen bantering with her USC counterparts. She loves traveling, hanging out with close friends and can often be found with her dog, Braxton, at Alamo Square in San Francisco.

Anne has served on the Board of the Alliance of AIDS Services of North Carolina and the Raleigh Professional Women’s Forum Board.

Ajay Gopal, CFO & Head of StrategyAs Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy, Ajay Gopal is responsible for StubHub’s financial planning and forecasting, controllership, strategy and business analytics. Joining StubHub in 2013, Ajay was formerly Senior Director of Marketing Finance at eBay Marketplaces where he was responsible for eBay’s $1 billion marketing portfolio. Ajay brings more than 15 years of experience driving business strategy, productivity and profitable growth, with a proven track record of building and leading successful financial and analytical teams in various multi-cultural environments including India, China and United States.

Ajay holds a Master of Business Management, specializing in finance from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani, India. He enjoys cycling, running, hiking and spending time with his wife and daughter. He’s a fan of Formula One racing, Coldplay and a wide range of other music.

Raji Arasu, Chief Technology OfficerAs StubHub’s Chief Technology Officer, Raji Arasu leads all product and engineering functions for StubHub. Joining StubHub in 2011 from ebay, Raji brings more than 23 years of experience in software development, specializing in online commerce and payments business. Under Raji’s leadership, her organization has led numerous technology innovations that are now foundational to eBay’s business including building out the fixed price format in 2001, integrating PayPal with MP in 2002, pioneering eBay checkout in 2003, introducing the first shipping services on ebay in 2004, leading application teams through three generations of site redesign, re-architecting of the Trading flows and helping make cart and payment intermediation a reality.

As one of the only female CTOs at a major technology company across the industry, Raji is passionate about growing women leaders in technology both within the company and externally. She is an executive sponsor for eBay Women in Technology and was recognized by Business Journal of Silicon Valley/San Jose as a “Woman of Influence” in 2011. She is also a member of Women in Technology International (WITI) and FountainBlue, whose focus is on the advancement of women in technology. Raji earned a Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Pune University, India. She is a fan of the San Francisco 49ers and enjoys running, skiing and traveling. In 2012, Raji used her five-week sabbatical (a benefit earned by ebay and StubHub employees after five years with the company) to travel with her son to serve a remote and impoverished community in India. There the two of them tutored young monks and nuns and the visually impaired in the subjects of science and English.

Ray Elias, General Manager of Social CommerceRay joined StubHub in 2004 and has more than 15 years of e-commerce and marketing experience. Formerly Chief Marketing Officer, Ray is now overseeing a new business unit responsible for growing StubHub’s social commerce, content and advertising. Over his tenure, StubHub has grown from a small start-up to a leading consumer brand in live entertainment and e-commerce. Ray also played a key role in eBay’s acquisition of StubHub in 2007. Prior to joining StubHub, Ray developed and led search marketing at Esurance, which was acquired by Allstate in 2011. He began his career in the late nineties with early stage Internet start-ups in the action sports and health and fitness verticals. Ray was named “40 Under 40” by Sports Business Journal in 2013.

Ray earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Texas at Austin, and is a huge Texas Longhorns fan. He listens to a wide range of music, but some of his favorite live acts include Radiohead, NIN and Jack White. Ray also enjoys running, snowboarding and spending time with his wife, son and two pugs.

Ray is currently an advisory board member for ModCloth.com, and serves on the board of Genesys Works.

Brigitte Ricou-Bellan, International General ManagerAs StubHub’s International General Manager, Brigitte Ricou-Bellan leads overall development and execution of StubHub’s international expansion. Since joining StubHub in 2011, Brigitte led the launch of Stubhub.co.uk and the company’s successful expansion into Europe. Brigitte brings more than 20 years of industry experience to StubHub, building a best-in-class, multinational team and expansion model.

Brigitte is a graduate of ESCP-EAP/European Graduate School of Management and holds postgraduate degrees from Paris Dauphine University and Paris Sorbonne University. She is based in London where she lives with her husband and two children. She enjoys reading, writing and exploring the world. Her favorite sport is tennis and she loves to attend the best musicals, theaters and concerts London has to offer.
