This popular Southern California event will feature an outstanding aerial display highlighting warbirds, modern military aircraft, classic aircraft and aerobatic flying. Accredited media representatives wishing to attend or cover the Air Show will need to fill out this online PDF application form and send it so we receive it before 5pm on April 20, 2019. You may send it any of the following ways: 1. by e-mail attachement to: [email protected]; 2. or by regular mail to: Planes of Fame Air Museum, Air Show Media, 14998 Cal Aero Drive, Chino, CA 91710; 3. or by FAX to: 909-597-4755 Freelance journalists requesting media credentials will need to include a signed letter of assignment from a recognized media outlet or provide proof of published Planes of Fame coverage from any previous Planes of Fame Air Show. Please be sure to indicate below if you wish to have the credentials and wristband mailed to you, or you may pick them up at the Gift Shop prior to and including Thursday, May 2. You must have a media wristband to gain entry to the media box area. Also note that applicants must be 18 years of age or over and family members of photographers and reporters are not allowed in the media area. Sorry, but Media Credentials will not be available for pickup on May 4-5. We appreciate your coverage of our Air Show!!
