In 2013, SAIL created the Secrets of the iCw Seminar which takes place on Sunday during the Annapolis Sailboat Show to help southbound cruising sailors find their way to the warm waters of Florida, the Bahamas, Caribbean and other points south. The seminar proved so popular that SAIL created the iCw Snowbird rally in

2014 for those who were ready to make the journey. This year, the seminar will see 150 attendees and the rally will have 20 boats plus two leaders traveling from Hampton, VA to St. Augustine, FL.
