During the initial stages most of the HR functions were
outsourced to third party vendors.
As we grow, we would like to bring in the critical
functions and combine it to form a wholesome role
including:
1. Talent sourcing
2. Screening candidates
3. Setting up psychometric testing/profiling processes
4. Tests and Interviews
5. Coordinating and organizing events
6. Handling payroll
7. Process development and implementation
