PC-DMIS NC Gage sets the new standard for measuring on the machine tool. Developed for easy, quick

and safe application of touch probes without requiring the operator to have programming skills or special

knowledge of measuring technology. The unique “teach-in method” in manual operation enables a dialogue-

based procedure. This process will immediately deliver the desired result. This process delivers results

immediately, making machine setup, manual and automatic measuring, as well as reporting, child‘s play.

PC-DMIS NC Gage is available in different versions. The Basic Version enables teach-in measurement of basic

geometries and programming. The Advanced Version offers the complete range of functions for 3-axis machines,

measuring and evaluation functions for changing zero points as well as generation of reports.

Straightforward teach-in process guides the user with interactive graphics

PC-DMIS NC Gage eliminates the use of difficult macros.

It works with a simple dialog based interactive teach-in

method to generate measurement cycles, which can be

stored and recalled at any time.

PC-DMIS NC Gage is operated using panel soft keys or a

touch screen, with a simple user interface that the operator

can navigate quickly.

PC-DMIS NC Gage makes color coded measuring reports

available on-screen right at the machine which can be sent

to any available printer and can be opened in MS Word or

Wordpad.

PC-DMIS NC Gage allows standard geometric measurement

and includes additional measurement functions not available

previously on any control

PC-DMIS NC Gage allows flexible measurement of arcs,

cylinders, cones and other geometries using the same

PTB-certified mathematics as the PC-DMIS CMM assuring

accuracy.

A built-in full featured program editor includes the ability to

cut/paste, edit, block execute, modify features and tolerances,

and undo/redo program edits directly from the soft keys.
