    3.1 Autofeeder No.2- 1 unit

    Arrangement: To regulate the received from Inclined SFB conveyor into thresher.

    Type: Hopper c/w spider arm control feeder.

    Size: 1.8 m width @ 30 degree inclined

    Capacity 20 tones FFB/Hr

    Construction: Constructed with MS channel 200x75 and 150x75 and MS angles

    as base frame, 6mm MS bottom plate

    Side plate MS plate 6mm stifferner with MS channel 125x65 andMS angle 50x50x6.

    Spider arm fabricated from API pipe 150mm Sch80 c/w MS spides

    25mm @ 100 c/w

    .

    The 75 dia. Drive shaft mounted on flanged bearing.

    Drive: The drive consists of SEW gearmotor, 5.5kw, service factor 1.5,powered, belt drives ration 1.5/1, final rpm 6 rpm

    3.2 Threshing Machines c/w Support Structure 1 Unit

    Arrangement: To separate the fruitless from the sterilised fruit bunches.

    The machine consist of a complete set of steel Structure and doors

    on both side of the drum and support structure for the thresher

    drumsshaft.

    Capacity: 15 ton per hour FFB each drum.

    Approximate ~1800 mm diameter x ~3000 mm long.

    Construction: Top platform decking to be of 4.5mm thk Checkered or Code 1000

    metal sheet plate on the plain c/w-kicking toe board, Hand railingetc.

    The column shall be of 150 x 150 x 12 mm thk RSA stiffened and

    braced/strut with RSC.

    An access stairway is to provided with threads of 4.5 mmchequered plate on theplain and bent with 25mm lip at the both free

    ends of the thread. All hand railing to be 38/32 mm Black A pipe.

    A intermediate platform is to be provided at the back of structure

    for mounting the drive for the thresher drum and Maintenance

    platform, access to this platform to be provided. The drum shaft is

    supported by RSC 250x90 & 2 sets plummer block bearing 115 Dia

    FAG/SKF made

    Side cladding for walls adjacent to the stripper drum and the taperdischarge chute shall be of 4mm thick plate with welded on ms flat

    stiffeners. No spillage of fruit lets are allowed.

    Drum Shall be constructed with 3 sets of spider arm using MS plate

    20mm with EN19 shaft dia 150mm dia tapered down. Longitudinalbar made of 9mm x 50mm @ 63mm c/c

    Lifter angles are to fitted in the drum to push the bunches forward.

    Drive: A 15 kW squirrel cage 4 pole motor shall drive the thresher drum

    Gearbox via 3 SPB vee pulley to, gearbox SF 1.5.

    The output shaft of the gearbox is to be coupled to the drum by 12dia fluid coupling, final rpm of drum to 25rpm.

    3.3 Conveyor below Thresher 1 Units

    Arrangement: To convey fruitlets to the bottom transverse Conveyor.

    Type: 500mm diameter U screw type.

    Capacity: 15 T FFB/Hr.

    Construction: a) The conveyor shell plate and wear plate shall be fabricated from

    6mm thick plates.

    b) Spiral scroll shall be fabricated from 6mm thick plates at 400

    mm pitch centers.

    c) Shaft shall be of 75mm N.B. black C pipe in sections and joinedtogether by bolts and nuts to short lengths of solid shaft. These

    connecting shafts will be served as journals for split casing

    machined cast iron hanger bearing.

    Inlet & outlet chute to be provided.

    Accessories: a) NTN flange bearing. 65mm

    b) Cast iron hanger bearings c/w Nyoil or polyplus bush and grease

    nipples & cup protruding out of the conveyor casing & shall notexceed 3000mm c/c.

    Grease nipples and cups protruding out of conveyor casing.

    Drive: The conveyor is to be directly couple to a 3 kW geared motor offinal speed of 56 rpm, SF 1.5 via flexible 8 Coupling.

    A suitable motor mounting bracket is to be provided.

    3.4 Inclined Empty Bunch Conveyor No.1 1 Unit

    Arrangement: To convey empty bunches from the thresher to the

    EFB Plant

    Type: Scraper bar bottom carry type with 600mm width.

    Construction: The Carrier frames shall be fabricated as shown in the drawings.

    Chain Liner shall be 6t x 50 m.s. flat. The discharge end conveyorshall be incorporated with 4.5mm chutes.

    The whole conveyor and platform are supported by framed

    structure fabricated from MS channel and strutted by ms angles or

    RHS.

    Take up bearings shall be fitted as indicated in the drawings and are

    to be adjustable type c/w taper sleeves and guides. Tail shaft of 65

    mm dia. Machined from EN9 shaft is to be fitted with 2 nos. cast

    steel 8 teeth x 6 pitch x 36,000 lbf chain wheels. The ms scraper

    bars of fabricated from 2 Black C pipe are to weld onto the

    fabricated attachments with 2 nos steel lock-bolts and spring

    washers at each side.

    The 65 dia. Drive shaft fitted with similar chain wheels as the tailshaft but with both wheels keyed in is to be mounted on pillow

    block bearing.

    Drive: The drive consists of a 5.5 KW x 1450 rpm TEFV squirrel cage

    motor connect to reducer SEW, SF1.5. Final speed of conveyor

    shall be 22 rpm. The reducer and motor shall install on to a rigidm.s. plate c/w with drive Simplex 38 pitch transmission chain &

    sprockets.

    Walkway: The walkway running the entire of the conveyor consists of MS

    expanded metal mesh, 1000# mesh and shall be rigidly welded toRSC bearers and angle stiffeners @600 c/c.

    The conveyor and walkway outside the building shall be supportedby RSC c/w RSA stiffer and provided with roof cover sheet of

    similar profile/material to the mill building. M.S. chute/opening to

    be provided.

    EFB Press to outside fencing

    Type: Scraper bar bottom carry type with 600mm width.

    Construction: The Carrier frames shall be fabricated as shown in the drawings.

    Chain Liner shall be 6t x 50 m.s. flat. The discharge end conveyorshall be incorporated with 4.5mm chutes.

    Arrangement: To receive crude/juice oil from oil gutters.

    Type: Rectangular tank

    Capacity : 1.5 m3

    Construction: The tank shall be fabricated from 6mm thick mild

    Steel plate c/w 25 NB sch 10S open steam coil.

    Capacity : 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.2 m (to suit)

    3.8 EFB Crude Oil Pump 1 Unit

    Arrangement: To pump juice oil from juice crude oil tank to Vibrating

    Screen/Condensate Tank/oil recovery tank.

    Type: Centrifugal with material CA15/CA15/SS

    Capacity: 5 cu. meter/hr at 15m head.

    3.10 Empty Bunch Press Structure 1 lot

    Arrangement: One lot of EFB press structure c/w roofing and cladding works.

    Construction: The columns shall be fabricated from 200 x 200 U beam with suitably

    stiffened channels and Angles.

    The platform shall be 4.5mm thick checkered Plates and 38mm/32mmdiameter black pipe hand Railings 4.5mm x100mm flat as kicking plate.

    Main support for EFB use 200x75 RSC stiffened with MS angle 65x65.

    Roofing and cladding sheet to match to the main process building
