Supplementary Figure 1. NK activity in healthy volunteers. NK activity was measured as the ability of NK cells from healthy donors to kill K562 cells directly. NK activity ranged from 43 (ID 11) –89% (ID 10). Those samples with > 73% activity (ID 10 and 13) were excluded from the study due to increased direct anti-tumor cell cytotoxicity preventing increases related to ADCC being measured. Two samples (B) were taken from volunteers 9 and 11. All data points in duplicate +/- data range.
