The articles in the first section of this e-book, and the videos and infographics in the second section, relate directly to the challenges the healthcare industry currently faces. The articles in the third section present more general management advice from the pages of the McKinsey Quarterly; we believe that their cross-industry insights are valuable for the discussions in our industry at the moment. We designed this e-book with your convenience in mind. Almost everything in it can be read online or offline. (The only exception are the videos, which are too large to download.)
